The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.
SASSA is going to be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed regarding the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.

“This is often as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis.
